Analoguesque Terms of Purchase
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, since they
apply to our website as well as the products we sell. You must read and agree to
these terms before making a purchase.
RESTRICTIONS
All material and products on this website are Copyright © 2000-2002 Analoguesque
Sound Designs. Nothing on this website may be copied, distributed, modified,
republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior
written consent of Analoguesque Sound Designs. By using or purchasing products
from Analoguesque Sound Designs, neither title nor intellectual property rights
are transferred to you. These remain with Analoguesque Sound Designs and Ian
Wilson, who owns full and complete title and copyright to all products. If you
purchase products from Analoguesque Sound Designs, you may sell them to another
party provided you relinquish your ownership thereto. If you sell a product to
another party, you may not keep a copy, sell copies of the product, or
distribute any copies thereof. You may not decompile, reverse engineer,
disassemble, or otherwise convert or modify any Analoguesque Sound Designs
products, unless you do so for your own personal and private use. This
restriction also includes ripping (extracting) sounds or samples from our
products, altering them using filtering, mixing, combining, re-synthesizing,
sound-effecting, or other methods of modification, for any purposes other than
your own personal use. Copyrights and intellectual property rights belong to
Analoguesque Sound Designs and Ian Wilson under all conditions, and nothing in
this agreement shall infer transfer of license or ownership to you or any third
party.
RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
Analoguesque Sound Designs and Ian Wilson shall not be held liable for any
damages resulting from the purchase of our products or use of this website. This
includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions, failure of
performance, interruptions, defects, or computer virus'. The products we sell
are "servant products" which require either specific hardware, or specific
software to work correctly. "Master products", such as an Emu Esynth, Creative
Labs SB Live! soundcard, or Yamaha SY77/TG77/SY99, are required.
DISCLAIMER
The material in this site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical
errors. Materials and products on this website, including these terms, are
subject to change without prior notice.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
1. You shall not copy or distribute the contents of Analoguesque.com products in
any form - electronic or otherwise. Copies can be made for your own personal
backup purposes only, and not for distribution. You are granted the right to
install copies only for your own personal use.
2. It is expressly prohibited to edit, modify, delete, or add to any
Analoguesque.com products, unless you do so for your own private and personal
use. This includes extracting (ripping) data from our products and using them
elsewhere in any form, or converting them to be used in another form or medium,
except for your own personal use.
3. It is also expressly prohibited to sample any of these sounds and distribute
them for use by others in any form.
4. The contents of Analoguesque.com products are under copyright, and as such
are governed by applicable laws. Any unauthorized duplication, distribution, or
use thereof is strictly prohibited.
5. If you purchase a product from us and decide to sell it to another party, you
may do so provided you do not keep or sell a copy thereof. You will relinquish
your right to use the product once it has been sold or given to another party.
1. We trust that you will abide by these laws because we are confident that you
will be satisfied with our products.
2. We ask you to please not pass on copies of our products to friends or
acquaintances because we have spent a lot of time and effort in creating them.
It is very disappointing to put so much effort into this work, only to have
people copy it for friends. It is also illegal to do this.
3. We have tried to provide these products as inexpensively as possible for
several reasons:
i) We feel that the price of similar products is inflated, and unfairly
expensive to musicians.
ii) We love what we do, and we want you to love it too.
iii) We want people to afford our products so that they have no need to go out
and make illegal copies of them.
iv) We are musicians for musicians. We want you to be able to have the best
