| Analoguesque Products Last Changed 09/18/2005In the world of sampling, most people incorrectly equate quality with the size of a sound bank. The more RAM the bank consumes, the better the quality, right? When it comes to analog emulation, this is not true! The big-RAM-equals-big-sound theory takes a beating at Analoguesque because we prove how misleading it is! How many times have you downloaded a huge bank off the web only to find that it sounds bad? With analog synth emulation on samplers, size does not always equal quality, and our sound banks are testimony to this. We pride ourselves in keeping size down while maximizing the phattness of the analog sound. In fact, it is this very quality of size-control which makes our banks sound more analog than others do! Our SoundFont® Banks and Emu® EOS patches use this technique to create a more realistic playback atmosphere for analog sounds. Our samples are of the highest quality - always 16-bit, and mostly 44.1Khz, except on rare occasions when lower sampling rates are used to enhance the sound. Our waveforms are generated digitally from software which we custom designed to create perfect loop-points, so there's no need to worry about sub-quality samples. Our pristine raw waveforms are about as perfect as you can get!

designed specifically for the SY77, and take full advantage of it's extraordinary
